Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Car or Car Allowance, Laptop & Mobile Phone)

On Target Earnings: £40,000 - £45,000

Location: Leatherhead

Work Pattern: 5 days per week, Monday to Friday (Occasional weekends for events/open days)

Hours: 08.30 – 18.00

Our clients has a very successful and expanding Land & New Homes division. We are now recruiting for a Sales Manager to lead our clients Shared Ownership team to help (usually) first time buyers get their first step on the property ladder. Covering the Surrey & Sussex area this is a front-line customer facing role on behalf of our Shared Ownership/Housing Association schemes.

Duties will include:

• Dealing with initial enquiries from customers, processing applications and helping them on to the property ladder
• Explaining details of the Shared Ownership schemes together with requirements and eligibilities
• Accompanying viewings and open day events at varying new homes sites across the two counties
• Conducting handovers to customers on move in days
• Conducting property valuations
• Focused to lead and manage the performance of the team
• Building and maintaining relationships with local Housing Associations
