Senior Sales Consultant - London Bridge

An EXCITING opportunity has emerged at one of the top agents in London Bridge

This busy office wants someone who is looking for their next step up on the career ladder. Ideally you will have had one yearÂ’s estate agency experience and have a desire to develop your skills and abilities. The agent covers a large geographical area so you will never be short of properties to sell.

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (2 Saturdays on, 1 Saturday off)

Duties will include:

  • Manage the day to day running of the estate agency office, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services
  • Taking offers, negotiating and seeing sales through to a satisfactory conclusion
  • Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors
  • To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
  • Follow up business leads

We need you to be:

  • Results driven individual
  • Previous estate agency experience
  • Excellent ability to build rapport
  • Motivated to exceed targets
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Hard working and focused
  • Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property

You will need a full, valid UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle.
