Senior Property Manager - Brixton

Annual Salary £35,000 - £45,000

Working Hours 09:00 - 18:00 Moday to Friday

Our Client is a property management company with a difference. They provide affordable places for London’s young professionals, creatives and key workers to live in. They are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, highly organised problem solver with a property management background.

To be considered for this role you will need the following:

  • Proven track record in managing multiple properties
  • Good working knowledge of the various building trades and general maintenance
  • Self-motivated problem solver with minimum 3-5 years property management experience
  • Supervisory experience of at least 2 employees
  • Understanding and knowledge of regulatory / legislative requirements pertaining to property management in context of multiple occupancy
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships including contractors, suppliers and property owners
  • Demonstration of leadership skills, task management and ability to motivate others
  • Good understanding of revenue generation, cash flows and cost control
  • Possession of excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
  • Highly organised, attention to detail and a hands-on manager
  • Excellent negotiation, reporting and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving and target driven environment
  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic to do a high quality job at all times
  • Forward thinking with a strong and confident personality
  • Able to work professionally and calmly under pressure
  • Ability to prioritise workload, efficiently manage diary and time sheet
  • Patience and awareness to effectively deal with complaints
  • Enthusiasm for identifying and embracing new ways of working and good practice
  • Up to date DBS/CRB check every 2 years
  • Clean driving licence
