Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our clients growing team in Isleworth.

Basic Salary Up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience.

Office Hours: Monday - Friday 8:45am - 5:30pm

Based within a thriving Estate agency office this is an exciting opportunity for a professional Office Administrator to work as part of a dynamic team based in Isleworth. It will be a preference of you have had experience working in an estate agency and have a great knowledge of the Isleworth/St. Margarets area.

As part of this role you will be required to support the team in providing a high quality, professional service and be committed to exceptional customer care.

We need you to be:

  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good team player
  • Excellent administration and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office, databases, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop
  • Experienced in Client database/CRM systems
  • Full driving licence & own car
