Job description

Great opportunity for a New Homes Sales Negotoator to join a fantastic team based in Haywards Heath.

Work Pattern: Rota Basis Thursday to Monday 10am to 5pm

Daily Duties:

  • Meeting and greeting customers establishing great relationships and helping our customers make their dream move
  • Recognise the opportunity to help further and present useful products and services
  • Instinctively know how to initiate potential leads and refer customers to relevant colleagues
  • Keep in touch by liaising and communicating with Developers 
What you will need:
  • Experience of working on New Homes sales sites
  • Be the 'go-to' person for both clients and developers
  • Confidence, a fantastic telephone manner, great at building rapport and have a genuine love of helping customers
  • Naturally professional, organised and have a great work ethic
  • You'll be able to think on your feet and be flexible
  • A hardworking attitude with the desire and determination to achieve your targets
