Client Liaison Coordinator - 1 Year Maternity Cover - Guildford

Part Time - 3 Days per week plus a Saturday rota

Working hours 8.30am-6:00pm

Basic Salary: £22,000-£25,000 (pro rata) circa £14 to £15PH

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Liaison Coordinator to join our Client in their Guildford office to cover maternity leave. This will be a part time role working three days a week plus a Saturday rota. As the Client Liaison Coordinator you will work closely with the lettings team and be responsible for booking appointments, handling enquiries, updating and maintaining websites/in house databases and you will also be responsible for marketing.

You will be the main point of contact for both Landlords and Tenants throughout the lettings journey.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • To be able to deliver under pressure and be confident dealing with clients both in person and over the phone
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective communication skills both written and verbal with strong attention to detail
  • Relevant experience to the role
  • ARLA licensed (desirable not essential)
  • Have an ability to multi-task
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good working knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Word etc
