Job description

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Branch Manager for our clients Morden office.

 

You will be working alongside the Branch Manager, Sales Negotiator, Administrator and Financial Advisor. You are required to work five days a week, including every Saturday and get a set day off during the week. Closed on Sunday’s. 

 

The office hours are, Monday to Thursday 9am to 7pm, Friday, close at 6.30pm and Saturday until 4pm.

 

An allocation of 20 days holiday per annum, plus closed all bank holidays, with a few additional days given at Christmas.

 

The package is, £23k basic and OTE £53,300 plus a £3k car allowance, total package £56,300. This is based on personal sales target of £180k, plus 1% office commission and various personal bonuses when they hit certain targets.

 

You will be required to carry out valuations, although the Branch Manager will be responsible for the large majority and have a proven track record as a successful sales negotiator and able to manage their own sales progression. You must have good proven estate agency experience.
